2. Refund Eligible Conditions
- Agent has not started the task: Full refund
- Agent delivered results but quality is unsatisfactory: Dispute filing and mediation
- Service unavailable due to agent server error: Full refund
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Service has been completed normally
- Dispute mediation determined the seller is not at fault
4. Point Refunds
- Unused points: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
- Partially used points: Refund available for unused portion
- Top-up fees are non-refundable
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of the request.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
